1.Carefully repackage the merchandise and affix the return shipping label to the outside of your package. Items must be returned prepaid, in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns sent C.O.D., and original shipping & processing charges are not refundable.

2.Return the package to us via UPS or insured parcel post. Please note you are responsible for the safe return of your merchandise.

3.If you do not have your Exchange/Return form, please include a detailed note explaining the reason for the return and send returns and exchanges to:

Shipping and Processing Charges: The shipping and processing charge is designated to compensate our company for the services we provide that enable our customers the convenience of ordering from our catalog and website and receiving home-delivery of our products, including processing your order and packaging and shipping your purchases, as well as related overhead costs associated with these services.

Standard Delivery: Standard Delivery orders are shipped via standard ground service, and generally will arrive in 5-15 business days. Items ordered at the same time will not necessarily be delivered together.

Express Delivery: For even faster delivery, we offer Next Business Day and Two Business Day Express Service. Express orders received by 3 p.m. (EST) are shipped the same day. For Standard and Express Delivery rates, consult our Shipping and Procssing Charges table.

Oversized Delivery: Certain items are subject to an Oversized Delivery charge. Please add the shipping & procssing charges located in the item description to the standard Shipping and Processing Charge.

Truck Delivery: Many large and heavy items are delivered by our Standard Truck Delivery service, as indicated in the item description. These items will be shipped by a motor freight carrier and you are responsible for moving the items from the back of the truck to your home. Truck Delivery may be upgraded to In-Home Delivery for an additional $100.

Truck Deliveries are typically made Monday through Friday. A delivery agent will call you to schedule your delivery. Truck Delivery charges are located in the item description, and are in addition to the price shown on our standard Shipping and Processing Charges table.

In-Home Delivery Service: Select large and heavy items are delivered by our In-Home Delivery service, as indicated in the item description. When delivered, items will be unpacked, placed as you direct, and packing materials removed. In-Home Deliveries are made Monday through Friday. Assembly is not included, additional freight charges may apply for special deliveries such as multiple floor placement or difficult to access areas.

All Truck Deliveries are Monday through Friday; our carrier will call to arrange for delivery. Freight items can only be shipped within the contiguous United States.



** Orders being shipped to AK or HI will be charged an additional $5 for standard delivery. Certain heavy or oversize items cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states. We regret that we cannot ship to US P.O. Boxes or foreign countries. For customers wishing to ship orders to US Territories, APO or FPO addresses via Parcel Post, please call our Sales Department @ 813-326-1688.
